High-res July first is Canada Day. You didn’t know? Well it gets overshadowed around here by the fourth of July, or American Independence Day. But our neighbors to the north will not be forgotten. This week I am drinking Canadian made beers. Unibroue is a brewery in Quebec that focuses on Belgian style ales. I bought their taster pack, and I’m going to spend the next week working my way from beer to beer.  Each beer has a fancy French name based on Canadian legends. Some say they make the best Belgian beers outside of Belgium. I guess we’ll see how they stack up.
