Tonight I am sharing an Anthem Cider with Sarah. This is their straight up apple cider. It smells like a white wine, fruity, and dry with a bit of apple blossom. The taste is fresh, green, and vinous. There is a bit of an apple tinged aftertaste that lingers more than I expected. I like my cider crisp.

High-res Birthday beer fest!  We started out with the Orange Shush. It was some weird stuff. Orange flavored but sort of syrupy like maple or something. Sarah said it was the chamomile. I thought it was just not great. No one shared their cider with me. The Rogue Mocha Porter was pretty good, tasty and dark and all that.  The Upright Six was my favorite by far. It tasted delicious with the mild Belgian yeast flavors and the rye malt and all that stuff. Upright is currently my favorite brewery. Thanks guys for sharing!
